Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180° C (160° C Fan).
Step 2: Cream together the butter and sugar then combine all the other ingredients (not the Metis®).
Step 3: Spoon into a 20cm greased springform tin then place the Metis® cut side down into the cake batter.
Step 4: Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden. Cool before releasing from the springform tin.
